Long or short hair on a tall girl?

I am 14 years old and I am not sure what to do with my hair. Currently it is just above my chest and it is kinda stringy and gross so I just want some advice. I am open to anything you guys can share with me but I am very tall (5'11) and have big blue eyes that I would like to show off a little. Also don't give me a pixie cut because it would look awful and I am about Khloe Kardahians size so I just need advice on what to do. Pics Please. Thanks
