What should i wear with a tutu?

im a cheerleader and for cheer camp we always have a certain theme and our theme is crayons, so our team decided to wear tutus and i have to wear the color purple but what do i wear with it? i don't really have an idea for a top or shoes. i was gonna buy a leotard but they are very expensive i don't know where to buy one at an inexpensive price and i can't buy it online because i wouldn't have enough time. Do you guys have any ideas of what i should wear with the tutu? thanks :)
