Why do people say that Disney movies aren't good anymore?

I think people mean the non-Pixar Disney movies. Because Disney can put it's name on just about anything it buys. I don't think many movies by Disney Animation Studios have been very good for the past decade, but that's just my opinion. The Princess and the Frog and Tangled were cute, though. Aside from that, there's a big gap since Mulan. And Lilo and Stitch somewhere in there.
