My friend & myself HELP pLEASE?

I have been friends with this women and her child for about a year. We are both women and are married. I have been there everyday. hER HUSBAND is going to mexico soon to get his green card. Yesterday I had to take care of this other friend because she was sick. i told my friend. She doesn't have a car so she borrowed one from her husband brother. To make a long story short . She told me she had no other friends but then last night she went to this friends to do work on the comm putter. She knows i would of helped then today she probably will put me off WHAT CAN i SAY TO HER THIS IS WRONG. WHEN I HAVE BEEN THERE EVERYDAY
