Was it a BAD IDEA to invade Iraq and unsettle the balance of power in the middle east?

Well just look at the fact that before Bush started the illegal war ALQuada had never issued a real threat towards America( they did express anger at the favours America gave Israel........but that's all) and now destroying America is the only ting that they care about..
