Are alot of women in their early twenties inevitably kind of bitchy?

And cliquey, and compionless? Are alot of women age 20 to 24 for example, spiteful, obsequious to powerful people, opportunistic social climbers that put people down that are weaker or shyer or inconsequential to them but suck up to 'important people'?
