Can We Give Bharat Ratna Award To Mr Rattan Tata.....?

yes ..... Who thinks about the "Aam aadmi" of India and has capability to change their stander of living and stands as a representative from India in the world market, I think is the most eligible person for the Bharat Ratna, rather than any Politician.
