I need your help...i am a father of 3 children and my wife cheated on us.?

i really need your help,my wife and i are married for 7yrs.now that shes been addicted to chatting and found a boyfriend.she left us for good and planning to marry a US citizen...last year they already had plan to be together but,my wife was just making a nice exit and we had a quarrel due to chatting again..now that she had a reason and left us.me and my 3 children 7,5 and 1yr old little girls are bothered. she emailed me and says shes just working,but i learned that her IP ADDRESS which i trace the source and the location where it came from.it made me shock!!! that she's already in California...email trace,is this a reliable source??but when i called her up using my a new Sim card and pretending it was just wrong send call.i heard her voice saying "i think you've got a wrong number" i was so happy to hear her voice and suddenly a guy was asking if who is on the phone....because i love her so much i told her its me your husband and then it just went off and i cannot call her again...does anyone can help me regarding my problem?,i know its really awkward to say this in yahoo but my children suffers more if i cant find their mother.i can give you her pport number and her data.just email me at lockerbie6575@yahoo.com.this is the IP address 98.136.56.84 of the guys computer ,which my wife is using right now.maybe you can help me where can i report this kind of situation..i love my kids very much and i don't want them to grow without a mother..i am a christian(baptist) Filipino,can you please help me with my problem..right now i don't know what to do.i want my wife back or make her pay what she'd done to us.
