A msg pop up on my laptop " SUMMIT communicates using TCP/IP should i allow my firewall enable to comunicate?

I get the same thing (sorry not an answer). I've got a Toshiba, and I've gotten this error twice. I think both times it happened when I was closing the Toshiba networking tool (in the bottom, right hand corner).
