Premature ejaculation: a neurochemical event best treated with SSRI's?

I can't comment on the ejaculation aspect of your question (well, I guess I could, but I won't), but I would like to ask about your comment that SSRIs might reduce DA release in the substantia nigra. This region is an area of dopaminergic soma, and unless we talk of dendritic release, I'm not sure these drugs will affect DA release in SN to any significant extent. Perhaps you meant release from striatum, nucleus acbens, etc., or some other brain regions receiving innervation from the substantia nigra.
