Puppy sore from injections?

Our 11 week old mini dachshund got her first shots today (DHP-Parvo, Corona, Bordetella, and de wormed) and now when I pick her up from under her chest she cries out in pain. The vet tech said she got 2 shots in the neck and one in the rear. Is it normal for her to be that sore around her chest lower neck area that she cries when held? She is snoozing away right now, I just feel so bad for her :(
