Would this tattoo be considered a tramp stamp?

It would be considered a tramp stamp just because its in that area, sad but true. And a lot of tramp stamps have wings, even though they don't have the same meaning as yours do. You could get yours on your upper back/shoulder blades, or a small at the bottom of your neck. Or even on your side one wing going to the back and one to the front. Up to you, but at the lower back it would definetly be considered a tramp stamp.
