Could someone make my topic snetence sound better, and give me some info about this topic?

I had to pick a topic sentence and i picked "smoking is hazardous to your health". But i need some info about it, but it all has to flow with that topic sentence. I know about smoking and stuff but i need something that would go with the topic sentence if anyone could help me
