I'm not sure you're going to get a well-known band in that amount of time unless you have connections. However you could ask a well-known local band to perform (they're more likely to do it for free). Well-known bands need to be contacted probably at least 6 months in advance because of their busy schedules. What would make a window smash without being hit?

Got home last night to a smashed window. The thing is, it was the sliding part of the window that was smashed and because the window was open, it was protected by the outside fixed pane of gl (which was still intact). It looks like something has hit it from inside the house. Nothing is near the window which might have hit it. No one was home either to throw anything at the window. The venetion blinds were all the way down and resting on the sill but they were turned to the open position. In front of the window is a long bath so you couldnt accidentally fall against the window. I cant find any reason why it smashed. Any ideas?

If you can, try relaying out the iMac in the room, sometime moving the machine to the other side of the room, or just turning it can help a lot. A 98 Outback should be equipped with the EJ255 DOHC engine.. there may be one or two knock sensors.. depending on the build of the car. If you remove the airbox ( large black square thing on the rear of the engine, attaches to the throttle body), they should be visible under the intake manifold. Most models have one for each cylinder head, and they will be at opposite sides of the engine, screwed into the block itself with a one wire connector.

2001 Tacoma cold starting problem (3.4 V6)?

Sometimes when I start my truck in the morning, it cranks, fires, and instead of idleing up like it should, it runs about 7-800 rpm (like it does at regular operating temp); a couple of minutes later, the idle will finally kick up, it normally runs about 1200 or so when it's cold, I guess because the engine is cold; basically, whatever is supposed to kick the idle up when it's cold is not working immeadiately. This problem is intermittent; sometimes it starts fine cold and idles up immeadiately, and I have never had the check engine light come on in the 102k that I've had the truck. I know 1 other person with a Camry that this is happening to. Any ideas? The truck runs great after it's started.

Hi everyone, My story is this. I have been in a relationship for 9 years, We met when we were both going through a divorce after a long marriage. He did all the pursuing and I eventually responded. It took him 3 months to get me to go out with him. We moved in together after 6 months of dating. After we started living together he brought up marriage and at that time I wasn't ready to even think about marriage. I told him my reasons and he seemed to understand. For 5 years we had a wonderful life together. My son was shot and even though my son recovered I did not. I went through a period of grief and then my ex-husband died of a heart attack and while I was no longer in love with my ex I still grieved and became depressed. I put on weight and lost interest in the things my BF and I used to do together. It took me a year to get my bearings and come out of the depression. I went back to school and I am getting my degree I only have a couple of semesters to go before I graduate. I am carrying a 4.0 gpa and as a consequence I devoted most of my time to academic studies. My BF just recently told me he was no longer in love with me and that he thinks we should break up, that we haven't been close for 2 years and that he thinks we are no longer compatible. At first I wanted to react and ask him what the hell he was talking about, but fortunately I kept my mouth shut and just listened. I told him I understood and that I was no longer in love with him either and that I agree with the breakup, when I told him this he jerked and his voice got shakey as if what I said hurt him. I was amazed at the sense of relief I felt. I even wrote him a hand written letter telling him how much I understood where he was coming from. I told him how looking back I can see the times I must have let him down and disappointed him. Well, now he is going out of his way to be nice to me and do things that he knows will please me. My confusion is that I just don't understand him. If he is no longer in love with me, which I could totally understand, because there for a while I didn't love myself, why is he now being so nice? When I first got my ears pierced more than 10 years ago, I could wear any cheap earrings and it did not affect my ears. Problem breeding two siamese cats?

I have two lilac-point siamese cats. I decided that i'd like to breed them to bring in some extra income. Problem is, it looks like the male siamese just doesn't know how to 'get it on'. First things first, STOP TOUCHING YOUR FACE! All the nasty crap that is on your hands will transfer onto your skin. If there is a pimple that needs popping, wash your hands thoroughly first and use a safety pin. A pin will prevent the spot from bruising and scarring. Stop going into your bathroom too, just try to avoid mirrors. All the stress you are putting on yourself to be perfect is just making your acne way worse. Calm down and chill out for your own good. Clean & clean morning burst has no acne medication, therefore it won't help. What I recommend is getting on a daily routine. I have tried Proactiv and it works great, murad is good too and dermalogica clean start is awesome. Your skin needs to adjust to these products first, so if you choose a system stick with it. Try to remember that everybody has different skin and this is just teenagey stuff. If you have bangs, pull them back because the oils will make acne worse. Make sure all your make-up is non-comedogenic. Some acne systems like the ones named also carry make-up made for acne prone skin, they have either salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. That's another thing, make sure your face wash has either benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid, these are the two main zit fighters. Proactiv has benzoyl peroxide while clean start, and murad contain salicylic acid. Don't expect anything to go away overnight, because it won't. Thinking this will just make you more anxious and overwhelmed. While some say diet has no effect, i believe it does. Make sure you stick to drinking lots of water, eight gles a day, and limit your dairy intake. Dairy products, mostly milk tend to cause acne, this was a study done by proactiv. Onto makeup again, mineral makeup is known to help treat acne too. As for acne scarring, don't touch the zits. Never! pick the scabs either. PLEASE STOP with the baby powder too. If you really want something to sop up the oils use proactiv, they even have a cream called oil-control. When you get old you'll love the oily skin because you will get less wrinkles! I rarely ever get pimples on my face and most of my friends do. You must exfoliate 1-2 times per week to remove dead skin so that your products can really sink in. Just plain old baking soda mixed with a cleanser will work just fine. Another thing to keep in mind when you're washing your face is to be gentle, harsh movements will worsen it. Make sure to use lots of cleanser and don't be cheap with it. Oh and don't use face cloths to wash either. wash your hands first too. Crushing salicylic tablets (asprin or generic brand) mixed with water will create a paste to dry out skin too. Everybody feels self conscious about something or other, so your friends might have problems too that you don't about. Don't be embarred because acne happens to all teenagers whether they like it or not. If nothing works, talk to your doctor or dermatologist about it, I'm sure they can help with a prescribed acne medication or cream. Take your time with it though because it will take at least a week or so.

I live in Michigan and it's almost impossible to grow anything on the hill that I live on. It's pretty sandy and in the summer, it's covered with a thistle-like purple flowered weed. I rake it out in the fall, but each year it comes back. I planted some tulip bulbs on the hill for spring color, but its a pretty big area so I need a better groundcover. I want it to look pretty but natural, I have seen these flowers with multiple colored blossoms (pink, white, purple), about six petals to a flower. They have very lacy foliage and they grow to about 3' tall. I'm wondering what this plant is... someone told me "Cosmos" but I can't find it anywhere. Is it a perennial? When you read the context of the society in which it was written, you actually see that the provisions and laws were quite "progressive" for women. It actually gave women rights and ways to defend themselves and prove themselves innocent from wrongful claims. There is a book about Jewish jurisprudence which goes into detail about how hard it actually was to kill people back then. It was a very long process to legally put someone to death. There are of course Biblical stories about how that process was ignored (Jesus being the foremost example) but it highlights God's justice and His high view of human life. Not everything is easy to understand, especially in our society where we believe everything has to be done "our" way. One thing the Bible does show is that God works with people where they are. (John 16:12) He doesn't always shatter their world. He usually slowly molds it until it resembles the shape He wants. (Matt 19:8) This is true with individuals and then larger societies as well. I hope this helps you a little. Good question. I think all Christians should wrestle with this question.
